We are recruiting Network Operation Manager to work with a very large MNC in Singapore .
Network Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
Manage the 24/7 network operation center team.
Scope of work includes incident management, problem management, event management, request fulfillment management.
Functions include managing the operations, technical, service desk and applications related to the Voice/VOIP services.
Conduct service level review with internal/external stakeholder to provide timely operation/service reports.
Conduct process/service review and implementation for continual service improvement.
With knowledge on the various networking product and technology
With experience in managing operations in an NOC ( Network Operation Center ) environment and
technical support team.
To assist and review the existing network team’s roles, structure and processes and make recommendations if applicable on how to better optimize the resources or enhance processes in
anticipation of the new additional volume of work load that the network team will be facing for year 2009.
To assist and manage day-to-day network operations.
Requirements:
Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering Computer / Telecommunication or equivalent.
Experience with VOIP technologies.
Experience with Solaris/Linux/Unix operating systems.
This is a 1 yr contract. We welcome overseas candidates regardless of VISA status.
