Successful candidates will be based in Kuala Lumpur and must be Malaysian or possess Malaysian Work permits and must be prepared to travel within the ASEAN region.
Systems Support Engineers
Job function
- To undertake project work
- Working with Isis project and support teams for product development support,testing and development
- Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Operational support delivery for Isis systems
Experience
- Worked in projects as a software solution supplier in the banking industry
- Knowledge of banking systems like ATM,Internet Banking,Retail and Credit card applications will be an advantage
- At least 4 years experience in supporting application systems based on Unix environments
- Experience with Oracle database servers
Personality ability to :
- communicate clearly with peers and supervisors
- Apply a positive and professional approach to all tasks
- Work with and relate to people at all levels in the organization.
- Promote teamwork and collaboration.
