Requirements:This position is based in Singapore.
The Operation’s Analysts primary responsibilities are to prepare, deliver and improve the regular analysis, reports and operational processes used by the sales teams to drive and maximize revenue. They will also play a proactive role in consulting to and supporting the Singapore sales teams.
The role will be based in Singapore, but will also have responsibility for delivering some of the regular reports for Australia and possibly other APAC countries.
The ideal candidate would come from a strong analysis and reporting background, with strong communication skills and a genuine willingness to roll up sleeves and deliver critical management information through sometimes manual processes.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and communicate weekly sales reports to monitor performance against targets
* Prepare regular inventory and keyword reports to identify new opportunities for the sales teams
* Develop and maintain benchmarking, snapshots & category analysis reports to incorporate current analytical evidence into sales pitches
* Provide additional research & analysis for high value pitches / opportunities
* Present reports and facilitate value driving discussion at weekly sales meetings
* Maintain and improve operational processes to ensure data quality and process efficiency
* Manage DTO / OTD processes for Singapore with guidance from Manager
* Assist in the quarterly setting & grading of sales team KPI’s
* Bring regional and global best practice to teams as appropriate: Champion all VMG processes, tools and reports in the Singapore office and make sure sales team and new starters are aware of the tools and how to access / use them
* Work closely with Head Of Sales on vertical strategy issues
* Work with Research, Product, and Sales teams to develop and package complete Google Sales Solutions
* Participate in pan-regional Analyst meetings and ensure consistent practices are maintained in the Singapore office
* Support the SE Asia team on similar projects as part of SE Asia Vetical Operations group
* Support other analytical / strategic projects as required by Manager or Country Sales Manager
* Travel: This role will require some travel to the region and US, approximately 15% of time
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in a management consulting and / or a financial analysis role in a leading investment bank or Fortune 500 company
* Extensive Excel financial modeling experience
* Extensive experience managing large data sets and manipulating them to identify insights for management actions
* Experience writing SQL queries a plus
* BA/BS or equivalent from a leading institution with superior academic record
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized and detail oriented
* Proactive team player who takes initiative
* Positive attitude
* Proven understanding of online and offline advertising marketplace
* Experience working with international marketplace preferred
* Ability to travel internationally
* Understanding of strategic and competitive issues
