Buffer IT Engineer (Network & Desktop)

Responsibilities:
- Primarily served as backup Engineer to provide network & desktop support
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform network maintenance, handling mainly Cisco routers, switches, wireless APs, IP Phones, etc
- Ensure proper network documentations pertaining to the IT infrastructure and environment
- Support for desktop related services on ad-hoc basis; involved in handling and troubleshooting desktop issues such as Windows OS, email, hardware and software applications support
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in IT or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in onsite network & desktop support
- Hands-on working experience in network administration and troubleshooting; familiar in configuring Cisco routers/switches, wireless APs. Knowledge in CiscoWorks and IP Phones advantageous
- Strong knowledge on desktop support and troubleshooting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- CCNA highly advantageous
