IT Officer
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
You will provide follow up end user support working with helpdesk on 2 nd level onsite technical support for workstations in Windows LAN environment and remote centres. You will be responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting software, hardware and network problems. In additional, you will be required to assist in the implementation of IT projects, perform any IT related administrative and reporting tasks where applicable.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in end user environment
- Good troubleshooting & technical skills in Windows networking environment
- Good team player
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
