Corporate Trainer (Part Time)

Responsibilities:
- Create training manuals and course syllabus based on existing corporate SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for retail staff.
- Conducting in-house corporate training initiatives to improve retail staff? level of customer service and competency.
Requirements:
- Relevant trainer? accreditation qualifications recognized by WDA (Workforce Development Agency) to conduct in-house corporate training. To possess WSQ Training Competencies (ACTA modules CU1 to CU6)
- Polytechnics Diploma or Bachelor? Degree qualification in any discipline.
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (written & spoken).
- Creative, Meticulous, Efficient and has ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good analytical ability with strong administration and organization skills.
- A retail or corporate training background, preferably in FMCG will be helpful.

- Location: Balestier Point (Moving to Aljunied around End 2008)
- Salary: Commensurate with qualification and experience
