We currently have few Job openings for Financial Analysts.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Assist with monthly financial planning and analysis, forecasting and annual budget processes.
– Prepare internal and external financial statements and satisfy ad-hoc information requests.
– Review and analyze various balance sheet and income statement accounts for trends and variances on a summary and department level on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
– Establish accounting policies and procedures to ensure all financial transactions are controlled, and are executed and documented according to generally accepted accounting principles.
– Support internal/external audits filings through preparation of supporting work papers and interaction with professional service providers.
– Assist with preparation of reports/presentations for senior leader’s team.
– Adapt and maintain the installed ERP to business requirements.
– Implement finance department and corporate initiatives through independent initiative as well as team efforts.
Skills/Requirements
– BA or BS in Accounting required.
– CPA or other professional certification is required.
– Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements with experience applying those principles to specific situations.
– Background gained in manufacturing companies preferred..
– Experience using ERP systems (Oracle), Hyperion Essbase.
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel pivoting.
– Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
– Willingness to embrace change and show flexibility in assignments and work environment.
– Exceptional initiative and problem solving skills.
– Strong ability to interact with senior management.
– Excellent oral/written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
