SITE MANAGERS (Based in Singapore)

Responsibilities:
- Able to work independently as well as to lead a team
- Familiar with work site operations
- Subcontract tender, bid evaluation, appointment of subcontractors, certification of subcontractors’ claim
- Establish and ensure adequate resources, manages and deploys resources to achieve project schedules
- Ensuring all activities are performed in full compliance with all rules, regulations and permit conditions, Safety Standards and regulations.
- Oversee and supervise all site works to ensure best quality.
- Preparation of works schedules, and monitoring of projects costing, works progress, procurement, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure works progress smoothly and completes within target time and budget. (includes the Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers etc.)
- Submission of monthly progress reports to management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- 3 Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
