Superlon Worldwide is a major NBR/EPDM manufacturer with 20 years experience todate.
The plant located in Klang, Malaysia, was established in year 1993, & involved in a series of foam rubber products. These products cater mainly for the HVAC & R industries.
Process Engineer
(Selangor - Klang)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with tools maker, QA/QC & production personnel in order to improve process performance towards achieving higher productivity, optimum utilization and higher level of product quality.
- To analyze and optimize process variation, identify root cause and solution for continuous improvement activity.
- Generate, review and update process instruction, work procedure and documents.
- Responsible for quality, yield and cost in process engineering.
- To analyze current operations, methods, resource utilization and recommend alternative methods aiming at improving efficiency in the use of labors, materials, methods and machines.
- Evaluate pilot production runs and formalized final manufacturing and quality processes.
- Coordinate with development department for prototype samples preparation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
- Strong analytical and scrutiny mindset with desire to find the actual fact.
- Preferably with 2 years working experience on hand-on process control (in rubber industry). Fresh graduate will be considered.
- Mature personality, resourcefulness, self motivation and excellent interpersonal skill and able to interact comfortably with all level.
- Must be proficient in Chinese and English.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
