Data Entry Clerk - 10 positions
(Kuala Lumpur)
Requirements:
- SPM grade 1 or 2 with minimum 1 year working experience in insurance industry preferred.Candidates without relevant academic qualifications but possess relevant working experience are also encouraged to apply
- Customer focus, resourceful, independent and able to communicate with all levels;
- Able to read and write English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified)
- Able to speak fluent English and Cantonese
- Computer literate (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Process policy changes input within stipulated target
- Handle simple enquiries from clients
- Train and guide junior members
- Based in Cyberjaya
