Senior Operations Support Officer
REPORTING TO (ROLE):
Direct: Operations Support Officer
Indirect: Head of Life Operations Service , COO
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
Coordinate and direct the many support services that allow organizations to operate efficiently
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Coordinate with head of each unit of Life Operations Service to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of administrative work and deliver follow up report to ensure the delivery within SLA
-Contact center for all complain registered to Life Operations Service, coordinate and feedback
-Support reinsurance requirement translation of UW
-Liaise with other functions and suppliers in dealing the property and facility service
-Reimburse company expenses for telecommunication and property service
KEY CUSTOMERS:
-All units in Operations
-Legal & Finance
-Suppliers and Vendors
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor degree or higher
-Fluent English communication both writing and speaking
-Should have good leadership and communication skills and be able to establish effective working relationships with many different people, ranging from managers, supervisors, and professionals, to clerks.
-Should be analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and decisive.
-Able to coordinate several activities at once, quickly analyze and resolve specific problems, and cope with deadlines.
