Job Description
Novomatrix is a private equity backed solution provider in the billion dollar energy conservation industry. We are a global franchiser (across 28+ countries) and manufacturer of glass treatment film/ solar control technologies, and own a suite of award winning brands. Our Singapore head office seeks Business Development Executives to help in the implementation of a new strategic corporate sales program. The role involves:
-Engaging corporate clients to cross-sell programs and products.
-Assisting in the implementation of a prospect-generation program to expand the franchisee base.
-Managing a franchisee information management system to leverage project-wins internationally.
-Development of an enhanced prospecting & incentive management and system to aid and expand the agent/reseller base.
-Liason with statutory boards, government agencies locally and internationally, with regards to green architecture initiatives.
Ideal candidates are:
-Outstandingly resourceful and articulate, with the first rate communication skills (both verbal and written).
-Capable of grasping and handling technical concepts (energy modeling, solar thermodynamics etc.) and calculations.
-Analytical with understanding of core financial concepts such as ROI.
-Able to thrive in an entrepreneurial climate.
This is a role which has significant opportunity for growth and development. An engineering, applied science or business degree is preferred. While experience in a relevant field or role will be viewed favorably, we welcome fresh graduates to apply as well.
