Editor
You are the focal point for various stakeholders (authors, typesetters, editors and printers). You will manage the entire production cycle of journals, from receipt of manuscripts to final print or online publication, based on the agreed standards of quality, costs and timelines. You are also the expert to ensure the mechanical accuracy of spelling, punctuation and grammar, as well as the stylistic consistency of the writing in the journal produced.
An ideal fit:
We are looking for people who have an eye for detail and who enjoy the opportunity to interact with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. You are a Diploma/ Degree holder, and you have two years’ experience managing publishing projects. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are also a dedicated team player who possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates without relevant working experience will be considered for entry level positions.
