Various temp/contract/ perm positions available for fresh school leavers.
Fresh Nitec / O levels / A levels / Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
Positions available:
1]Customer Service Officers
-Handling customer’s enquiries and requests
-General administrative duties as assigned
-Call centre or front desk positions
-Willing to work on rotating shift basis
-Speaks fluent English with good communication skills
2]Receptionist
-Handling of inbound calls
-Answering customer’s enquiries
-Speaks fluent English
-Some positions may require to work retail hours
3]Administrative Assistant
-Filing and documentation
-Generating reports
-Data Entry
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
4]Accounts Assistant
-Handling of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
-Keying in of invoices
-Preparing of monthly reports, reconciliation, etc.
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-Singaporeans or Singapore PR
-Proficient in MS office applications
-Able to commit for at least 3 months
-Candidates with some prior experience will be advantageous
-Able to start work immediately or within short notice
