CRM Specialist
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing and managing the delivery of customer loyalty campaigns and assist with the development of lifecycle marketing communications (acquisition, cross-sell and retention) as a part of a holistic customer communication strategy
- Work collaboratively with data analytics agency to identify lifecycle marketing opportunities
- Manage the implementation of marketing initiatives using test and learn methodologies
- Manage agency relationships to deliver targeted marketing campaigns including; web/digital, direct mail/email, SMS, inserts, field marketing and outbound telemarketing
- Other Admin/marketing support duties when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Requires project management skills and a knowledge of CRM, Direct Marketing and/or Loyalty Marketing processes and measurement skills
- Full-Time positions available.
- Good communication skills and fluency in English. Mandarin a bonus.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively against challenging timelines
- Ability to work successfully in an complex and ambiguous environment and self-responsibly – take decisions based on industry business acumen and expertise
