THE JOB:
-Handle inbound/ outbound collection calls in call center environment.
-Perform and put into log record of all collection activities by visits / conversation arrangement.
-Provide detailed breakdown and explain to customer the derived amount.
-GCE ‘A’ / Diploma / Degree.
-At least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience. Added value if comes with call centre environment.
-General understanding of collection process flow and credit portfolios.
-Strong inter-personal skills and effective verbal and communication skills
-Good negotiation skills with a passionate desire to listern.
-Indenpendent, resourceful and innovative to provide new ideas and achieve improvement.
-Service-oriented and result-oriented and with keen interest in achieving win-win situation.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office environment.
