Accounts Assistant
-Assist in walk in collection (cash/cheque/cards/nets)
-Data entry into e-billing and SAP system
-Generating of invoices
-Performing bank reconciliation
-Preparing monthly reconciliation reports
-Other adhoc duties
Requirements:
-Diploma in Accountancy/ACCA
-Able to commence work immediately or on short notice
Admin Assistant
-Provide administrative support to the department
-Handle phone calls
-Cover receptionist duties when required
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirments:
-Min ‘O’ Level
-Prior experience required
-Able to start immediately preferred
Receptionist
-Attend to walk-in guests
-Handle phone calls
-In-charge of pantry’s cleanliness
-Handling couriers and mails
-Ensure high level of customer service
-General administrative duties
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
-Min ‘O’ Level
-Prior experience will be an advantage
-Able to start immediately preferred
