CROWN Beverage Cans Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a fast-expanding subsidiary of a US-based multinational group and one of the world’s leading packaging companies.The plant is located in Bangi and employs 120 people in the manufacture of beverage cans.
We are seeking for suitable production leaders with high conviction for excellence and quality to be part of this exciting growth as:
PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS
Job Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage resource to achieve production target,quality,yield,output and cost
-Manage the performance,motivation and satisfaction of the production team and ensure key quality,output and efficiency targets are met
-Prepare and review daily production report on output,WIP,yield percentage and attendance
-Carry out lean activities as planned and benchmark all good practices to be implemented into production line
Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Management
-At least 5 years of relevant experience,especially in a packaging environment
-Preferably experienced in high volume production operations
-Possess leadership qualities,self-motivated,committed and with a mature disposition
-Willing to work on rotating shifts
