We have a PMO role available in KL and the JD & JS requirements are as follows.
JD as follows:
Monitor and track resource commitment against defined budget
Maintain project’s baselines of scope, cost, time and quality
Maintain the project’s library of approved deliverables together with associated quality records
Conduct progress review meetings with project managers, tracking progress against the plan, facilitating the resolution of issues, highlighting resource constraints and tracking actions and ability to identify bottle neck processes
Help manage project perturbances by assigning and monitoring actions against risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions
Provide administrative services including:
Meeting preparation, meeting facilitation, minutes and tracking of actions
Maintaining and publishing the project information and communications
Help with the preparation of presentations
Conduct review sessions
Documentation skills
Skills Required:
Experience of project / program management principles and project support
Ability to gain consensus from multiple stakeholders within the projects
Good knowledge of best practices
Self starter and pro-activeness (initiative and drive)
Team player
Effective communicator
Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Expertise in MS Project
Good prioritization skills.
