Para Legal Administrator
MYR 3000 – 4000
(Kuala Lumpur – Jln Chan Sow Lin)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the superior in preparing and vetting of all legal documentations of the company.
- Assist in conducting the necessary application/submission to the relevant authority but not limited to licensing requirement/corporate governance.
- Assist in ensuring observance of Corporate Governance.
- Provide confidential administration and secretarial support to legal department
- Assisting Legal Advisor in preparing, reviewing and finalizing contracts purchase of local and international properties investment through sale and purchase of local and international shares
- Construction and Sub-Contracting of projects, memorandum of understanding with local and international government and mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact well with people at all levels
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jln Chan Sow Lin.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- 4 Temporary (4 months) positions available.
