Logistics & Procurement Executive
Based in Kuala Lumpur
This position reports to the Logistics & Procurement Manager and will be responsible for vendor sourcing, pricing comparison, vendor negotiation, contract preparation, vendor assessment and evaluation.
This person will also be involved in handling import and export shipment, custom clearance, stock management, sample management and monthly reporting.
Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma in Business Administration, Purchasing, Logistics Management or other related discipline
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in purchasing and logistics
- Good knowledge on purchasing and logistics process
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills and possess integrity
- Conversant with MS Office applications especially in Excel
- Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Experience in using SAP applications would be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Possess valid driving license and own transport
On the job training will be provided. Successful candidates will be paid an attractive remuneration package that commensurate with experience.
