Head Of Credit Operations
Responsibilities:
-Manage the credit operations of the nationwide network
-Oversee the credit Operations team in terms of credit granting and processing in line with policies and SOPs located in regional processing centres
-Form and executive strategies to grow the credit business through the development of innovative products and programs whilst balancing risks and profitability
-Carry out portfolio analytics to target profitable segments with creative
and relevant CRM programs
Requirements :
-Tertiary education in either accounting/finance or marketing
-At least 10 years of experience in a commerical bank or credit and leasing company
-Analytical and able to conduct financial models or scenarios
-Aggresive,action,oriented and able to provide well-informed decisions
Head of mechandising
Responsibilities :
-Develop merchandising strategies in line with the overall company strategy
-Lead the planning and budgeting process
-Establish performance targets to deliver the Company’s financial goals
-Generate budget for OTB and range plans to ensure that the product is at the precise location at the stipulated time
-Communicate with the director and establish effective relationships and with the buying teams
-Manage and develop the merchandising team by providing clear vision and direction
Requirements :
-Driven,ambitious and possess communcation skills
-Possess a proven track record in a similiar role at retail outlet
-Possess strong merchant or trading ability to develop the business by demonstrating your capabilities in a fast paced and continuously expanding company
