Finance Analyst / Cost Accountant
Our Client is the world-leading manufacturer of innovative transportation solutions, from regional aircraft and business jets to rail transportation equipment, systems and services. They are inviting a dedicated professional to join their Shared Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
-Accounting & Finance
-SAP, Cash flow & Cost control
-Transportation & Construction Industry
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you are a member of Accounting and Reporting Department of Shared Service Centre in Asia.
Accounting:
-Setting up and insure the maintenance of the financial SAP systems in Asia
Review GL and Sub ledger transactions to ensure accurate posting
-Support the monthly reconciliation of the results together with local Division Controller
Documentation and reconciliation of the month end results
-Support effective and timely reporting process based on Local GAAP and Tax requirements
-Ensure the Internal Control requirements are fulfilled
Cash Management:
-Forecast of cash outflows
-Maintenance of Cash Planner
-Support Business Division on financing issues
Reporting and Budgeting:
-Analyze financial results of the Group Function in Asia
-Support the Forecasting and Budgeting process
-Process Improvement
-Support efficiency enhancement initiatives for all financial processes
Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting & Finance or Business
-At least 4 years of working experience in Accounting & Finance preferably in Construction & Building, Aerospace and Engineering industries
-Hand on in SAP with Strong financial accounting & costing background
-Good communication skills to interact with people in a multi-cultural environment /MNC
-Good team player with influencing strong analytical skill
-Driven for results and persistent to solve problems
