Business infrastructure

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate internal controls, risk management and business systems and records in order to provide assurance to the senior management on integrity,adequacy and effectiveness of systems.
- Plan and complete full documentation of business systems including updating manuals,leading standard selting of data entry and managing change of business processes.
- Lead compliance audit on business application processes, data integrity and user compliance.
- Execute security,access,authority levels and data policies.
- Prepare reports for business systems audit committee
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance, or any relevant professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
- At least 5 to 6 years of experience in audit ,or with relevant experience in business operations with at least 2 to 3 years in managerial capacities.
Client Accounting

Responsibilities:
- Oversees the client accounting department manage staffing, including requitment, supervision,scheduling, skill development, evaluation and disciplinary actions.
- Coach and guide all accountants and accounting technicians in the department to achieve efficient quality assigments and to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Drive and implement the group’s best practices,continuous improvement initatives related to client accounting software, book keeping and accounting work processes.
- Lead the department’s activities,including fostering innovation,planning projects,and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or finance,or any professinal accounting qualification such as MICPA,ACCA,CPA, or equivalent.
- At least 8 to 10 years of working experience in the related field,of which minimum 3 to 5 years of exposure in the audit environment and minimum 3 years in managerial capacity.
- Familiar with FRS/IFRS requirement.
- Familiar with book keeping and financial reporting work processes.
