-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field.
-Required language(s): English.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.

-Excellent telephone manners and communication skills.
-Experience in call centre industry or banking is an added advantage
