We are active in local market especially in Government Linked Companies (GLCs) particularly in the spectrum of Information Communications and Technology (ICT).
We are looking for talented individuals who are diligent, highly motivated, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work well within a team to join us in the following position.
Business Delivery Consultant
Role:
The role involves focusing on analysing, planning, and developing I.T. solutions that supports the business and clients’ needs; participating in business needs analysis, business risk assessment, user requirements study, functional and technical design, testing, integration management and project manage the system development and deployment of the solution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and confirm the scope of the project/engagement
- Develop detail project plan, resource plan, and dependency plan
- Lead, conduct and facilitate user requirements study and analysis
- Analyse issues and problems and making recommendations
- Design, develop, implement, test, install and deploy solutions
- Adopt structured system development and project management methodologies
Requirements:
Potential candidates will need to show evidence of the following:
- Good communication skills and presentation skills in English
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical mind
- Strong understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to articulate risks and potential issues relating to the different stage of a system delivery
- Engage effectively with different parties within the project team
- Good project management skills
- Participate and add value to the solutions delivery activities
- Work individually and as a team member with others
Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 to 4 years experience in designing, developing, testing, installing and deploying I.T. solutions for clients that incorporated business process changes, business process redesign/re-engineering, people behaviour changes and/or technical changes
- Participated in at least two (2) full cycle of large and/or complex system implementation experience using packaged applications for a leading organization or complex environment
- Led at least two (2) of the following Teams – Functional/Technical Design, Development, Testing or Conversion/Cutover teams
- Candidate with Project Management certification is preferred. E.g. PMP, PRINCE2
