Accounts Assistant Vacancy Kelana Jaya

We are looking for suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position of Accounts Assistant with the following responsibilities:
- Handle day to day general administration work and basic accounting key in work
- Issue invoice, quotation, purchase order, payment voucher, cheque as required
- Maintain an efficient control system of filling, records, communication and correspondences
Skills and qualification required are as follows:
- At least SPM or certificate in finance/accounting and above
- Basic accounting knowledge is compulsory
- Working experience either in full set of accounts or partial set of account is preferable
- Good personality, attitude and courteous
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowing Biztrak system is an advantage
