Touch’n Go Sdn Bhd is leading the transformation of payment systems in Malaysia,moving from the cash payment environment towards the cashless means of electronic payment systems.Gaining momentum where more than 50% of the existing nation’s non-cash transactions were made via the Touch’n Go electronic Payment System medium and in line with our expansion and extensive growth plan,we are seeking for visionary and dynamic leaders to fulfill the following positions :
1.HEAD,EXPRESSWAY BUSINESS
Responsibilities :
-Responsible for-to-end commercial and business relationship with existing services providers
-Service Contract management to ensure obligations of both parties are fulfilled
-Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase TnG usage at service providers outlets
-Responsible to undertake the business development activities to acquire new Service providers
-Negotiations on business model and responsible to ensure execution of service contracts in accordance to business plan
Requirements :
-A recognised degree
-At least 8 years related working experience
-Proficiency in English & Malay language,in both written and verbal communication
-Team player with good analytical & interpersonal skills
2.MANAGER,RETAIL BUSINESS
Responsibilities :
-Plan,Formulate and execute strategies to meet merchang acquiring busines plans and targets
-Lead,coach and motivate team and business partneres to achieve merchant sales targets
-Maintain liasion with key merchant accounts and execute merchant retention strategies
-Supervise operations,service and support functions related to merchant accounts
-Coordinate marketing & promotional activities with merchant partners to achieve the business targets
-Coordinate with partners and relevant parties in developing products to enchance products offering to merchant partners
Requirements :
-A recognised Degree
-Minimum 2 years experience in a similiar capacity
-Team player with good analytical & interpersonal skills
3.HEAD,QUALITY,RISK & ASSURANCE
Responsibilities :
-Manage the function of process & quality management unit (PQM)-Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2001 & Compliance Reviews),Organisation & method and process improvements
-Manage the function of risk management unit base on COSO’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles and Business Continuity Plan(BCP)
-Manage the function of fraud & auto-reload unit-ensuring non-or minimal leakage of prepaid monies
-Planning,implementing & monitoring of activities within the functional scope
-Evaluating the overall efficiency & effectiveness of the business & its control environment
-Preparing &proposing recommendations for improvements to the management,audit committee & board of directors
-Manage the department’s intellectual assets and promoting corporate entrepreneurship
Requirements :
-Possess recognised bachelod or masters degree in any related discipline
-Good analytical skills & emotional intelligence(E.I)
-At least 7 to 9 years in internal audit,risk management and/or quality management practices
-Possess leadership values
4.Manager,Ebusiness
Responsibilities:
-Plan,formulate and execute strategies to meet eBusiness i.e,internet and mobile business plans and targets
-Identify alliances and strategic business partners for growth & expansion in eBusiness sector
-Project management relevant to eBusiness projects
-Supervise operations,service and support functions
-Identify and explore new business for the company in the eBusiness sector
Requirements :
-A recognised degree
-Minimum 4 years experience in a similiar capacity
-Team player with good analytical & interpersonal skills

-IT EXECUTIVE(ARCHITECTURE/DESIGN)
-IT EXECUTIVE(SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT COORDINATION)
-IT EXECUTIVE(DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT)
