MNC specializing in the manufacturing of electronic products in Singapore is looking for a highly motivated,responsible,and strong leadership-quality person to fill the position of
Technical/QA Manager
Key Roles:
-Reporting to the COO,you are required to lead a team of engineers,work closely with the R&D,Manufacturing,and Sales teams in trouble-shooting process issues,attend to customer complaints and providing technical support and quality assurance in a high volume manufacturing environment
Requirements:
-Degree in Chemical Engineering and/or,Chemical Process Technology,Polymer Science and Rubber Technology
-Minimum 15 years working experience,of which 8 years must be in polymerrelated industries,preferably in a manufacturing environment
-Experience in rubber compounding,dry rubber processing,formulation and rubber product testing
-Quality Assurance and quality management experience
-Hands-on technical leadership;able to lead&motivate a team of about 10 staff
-Team player;appropriate inter-personal skills to support other departments
-Strong analytical skills
-Good balance of knowledge and application to provide practical solutions
-Travelling to meet customers based in Asia Region if needed
