PROJECT MANAGER (BASED IN SINGAPORE)

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, provide leadership and monitor the Project Team in terms of works progress, project site scheduling, project costing, procurement and quality control with the objective of ensuring works progress smoothly and completed within the target time and budget
- Manage consultants by chairing consultant-client meeting. On periodical basis, attending and presenting project progress and resources planning to the shareholders
- Liaise with all regulatory authorities pertaining to project management
- Conduct risk assessment and value engineering. Involve in all aspects of the contract agreement and costing of the project
- Carry out inspections when required, for works in progress, installations and deliveries to ensure proper quality checks
- Provide value-added inputs and possible solutions to technical issues as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Building Services / Property & Facilities Management / Facilities Management for Business or its equivalent
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in construction of high-rise residential and other industrial projects
- Possess excellent people skills to be able to lead/manage the project team to meet tight project timeline
- Able to work independently
