Responsibilities:
You will engage your business units by providing creative and apt solutions on various human resource and industrial relation issues. You will also need to proactively handle and advise on areas pertaining to resource allocation, rewards, performance management, retention and development initiatives. You will play an important role in maintaining good employee relations with line managers through coaching, counseling and dialogues.
Requirements:
You should have a Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You should possess a customer-focused mindset and be comfortable to interact with people of all levels. Besides having a good understanding of HR/IR practices, you should be independent, resourceful and analytical
