Job Description 1. Manage all the program implementation in the Province of Biliran, supervise one staff, inputs to the short and long-range operational objectives, strategies, action plans, and annual budgets of the division. Assist in the preparation of indicative plans and operational/accomplishment report of the division. Coordinate with various offices/agencies as regards program presentation or conduct of researches and interviews.
