We are looking for SAP Service Manager (BAU Support & Vendor Management) to work with a prestigious client in Singapore.
SAP Service Manager (BAU Support & Vendor Management)
In this position the applicant will join a team that responsible for management of the vendor to deliver SAP solutions for the Finance Unit.
Key Accountabilities:
- Comprehend business requirements and offer robust, extensible and creative solutions through vendors weighing cost versus benefit.
- Manage users’ expectations and demands with respect to feasibility of delivery and availability of vendor resources.
- Forge good working relationship and rapport with vendor, business analyst and users while delivering the required results.
- Plan out, own and maintain SAP system solution procedures, architecture and system roadmap.
- Ensure stable and smooth running of the day-to-day SAP financial system operations.
- Derive and manage SAP work-plan, projects and enhancements in supporting ongoing business needs and changes.
Job Requirements:
- Good knowledge of overall SAP system and its solution components.
- A proactive resourceful and self-motivated individual with strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Good inter-personal, written and communication skill
- Committed team player who is result oriented and is able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in vendor management in delivering BAU support and project management
- Experience in SAP application management and development
This position is on 1yr contract further extendable based on performance. Overseas candidates regardless of VISA status are welcome to apply.
