Advisor To Group Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise the group managing director on all aspects of property development matters
Requirements:
- Degree in related field
- Minimum 20 years experience in property development,of which at least 5 years in a senior managerial capacity
General Manager-Project Management
Responsibilities:
- In charge of the entire project management activities from project coordination, budgeting, progress monitoring and quality control based on the company’s standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering/architecture
- Minimum 15 years experience in project management
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Reponsible for the overall planning, execution and completion of projects within budgets and schedules
- Establish good rapport with authorities, clients, consultants and contractors for implementation of projects
Requirements:
- Degree in civil engineering
- Minimum 8 years experience in project management and property development
Planning & Contract Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify strategic locations of landbanks for purchase and/or joint venture consideration
- Conduct site investigation to ascertain the topography of the land,soil condition and other related areas that may affect the development
- Ensure the correct product mix during the preparation of the master layout plan and innovative design of the building
- Prepare work programs, highlighting the progress of project during the planning stage and provide tender schedules for coordination with consultants for the preparation of tender documents
- Organize and coordinate tendering processes
Requirements:
- Degree in quantity surveying a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar capacity
MIS Executive
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining a stable network integration and troubleshooting network devices
Requirements:
- Degree in IT
- Minimum 2 years experience, preferably with knowledge of IFCA system, Active Directory’s Environment,Networking and Microsoft application
