We are looking for 3 positions ranging from Project engineer, Engineering Manager and Project Manager.
Requirements :
- 5 to 10 years experience.
- Basic pay range from RMB27K to 35K (12th months)
- Bonus depend on performance and company financial
- Allowance range from RMB8 to 15K (to be supported by receipt)
- Fluent both in English and Mandarin
- Medical and Insurance according to company scheme
- 15 days annual leave
- Public holidays according to PRC holidays
- 4 economy round trips ticket from Beijing to home country none cumulative
- Major duties include planning, design, specification, contract administration & project management of the MEP services for various projects
- Successful candidates will need to lead a team of local engineers in MEP engineering design and project implementation
- Good team worker with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be articulate, self–motivated and strong in leadership
- Willing to travel to other PRC cities
Mechanical engineer with knowledge in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system design would be advantageous
Electrical engineer with knowledge in power distribution for commercial buildings would be advantageous
All positions are based in Beijing China.
