Human Development Foundation, a non government national development organization, invites applications from the suitable candidates for the post of a Programme Manager(PM).
Programme Manager(PM)
(Dhaka Human Development Job)
Requirements:
* The candidate must possess at least 2nd class Master Degree in social science and have good working knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
* The candidate must have at least 10 years working experience of which at least 5 years in similar position, in NGO sector specially in the fields of education, healtth, social welfare, environment and relates areas.
* Experience in report and minutes writing (both in Bangla and English), Organising co-curricular activities, student guidance, personnel management etc. will be given preference.
* Age limit for post is 45 but relazable for the highly experience candidates.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Social & Counselling Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
Initial scales for the post will be 13,750-550×10-19250 with 50% of basic pay as house rent, medical conveyance, entertainment and two festival allowances as admissible to the grade.
