Managing Director / Health Care
This challenging position combines strategy driven business development with start-up phase enthusiasm and flexibility. The incumbent directly reports to the company board and will take necessary steps to put corporate strategy into noticeable action. The Managing Director will build and lead a sales team as well as enhance the distributor network in new regional markets to pro-actively drive the business forward and accomplish sustained turnover. Further, product registration and launch, brand and image building will be key tasks of the future Managing Director, who will also manage the day-to-day business of the organization and be responsible for sound financial management of the company.
The position is based out of the company head office in Singapore and requires frequent travel in the Asia Pacific region in order to promote our client´s special product portfolio and manage the distribution network.
As a professional you have gained years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, distribution or general management capacities, preferably in the health care industry.
Based on sales planning, forecasting and budgeting you have successfully met targets. And you have developed effective leadership skills with regard to small teams.
