SAFRA invites suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:
MANAGER (HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION)
(HQ-Mount Faber Club)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
You will lead the Human Resource & Administration Department and your key responsibilities will include:
- Establish and implement effective HR policies and strategies relating to recruitment & selection, retention, employee development and performance management.
- Conduct annual company training needs analysis, formulate annual training plan and budget. Implement and maintain training procedures and documentation to ensure PDS & ISO9000 requirements are met.
- Review compensation & benefits, staff welfare, performance measurement programs and HRIS.
- Engage in employee relations activities.
Requirements:
- A Degree with an additional qualification in HRM
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience with 3 years in a similar capacity
- Integrity, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
