Financial Management Analyst

Provide an integrated financial management services to include allotment accounting, budget monitoring, financial reviewing, expenditures controlling and analyzing and vouchering. Making recommendations to the serviced agencies funds managers on financial issues when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or other related field with at least 12 credits in accounting is required (please attach a copy of transcript).
-A minimum of one year of experience in accounting, budgeting, or financial planning using automated accounting and budgeting systems are required.
-Level 4 (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing English and Thai is required.
-Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning the budget and financial administration is required.
-The ability to use an automated accounting system is required.
-Superior analytical capabilities is required.
An attractive salary and fringe benefits package will be in commensurate with candidate’s qualifications and experience.
