Director of finances
Responsibilities :
- Person in charge of all returns account the functions.
- Supervise the report/ratio of taxes and the income tax returns to the local authorities.
- Consolidation of the accounts of group and analysis of the operations of group.
- Draw up the precise, convenient financial reportings and signicatifs.
- Ensure conformity the suitable procedures of accountancy and the internal control system in all the company.
- Required to carry out the financial analysis of the real execution against the budget and to carry out financial forecasts.
- To develop, maintain and provide the convenient councils to the personnel to ensure the good performance.
Conditions:
- The licence in accountancy or the ACCA.
- Professional Minute 3-5 years of experience adapted of the same capacity, preferably in an environment of manufacture.
- Indeed bilingual in English and Chinese.
- An analytical spirit added to the healthy commercial judgement and also to the capacity with the task and work multi is under pressure a need.
- Proactif and have the capacity to work on the heap with the need.
- Independent, very justified and able to carry out a team.
