FINANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
-Support the Group Financial Controller in areas involving the periodic reporting of the IPS-Lintec Group consolidated accounts, statutory audit and reporting of the financial position, treasury, banking relations and related areas of corporate finance functions.
-Co-ordinate, develop and analyse budgets, forecast, financial reports and financial trends for the group to achieve corporate objectives.
-Preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly financial performance of the Companies to the Board of Directors.
-Develop, communicate, implement, monitor and enforce financial policies, procedures and systems to support the execution of the group’s financial strategies.
-Responsible for statutory audit, tax, GST and secretarial matters.
-Improvement and enhancement of existing Navision ERP procedures and reporting.
-Oversee the operational accounting for the group of companies.
-Striving towards operational efficiencies and compliance.
Pre-requisites:
-An energetic Accountant with experience in project manufacturing and engineering environment.
-Knowledge of international trade; trade finance and Letter of Credits.
-Strong in IT and proven hands on experience with Navision ERP system.
-Independent, adaptable and a self starter who is able to prioritise work.
-ACCA or several years of similar position experience.
