A Mongolian leading company in running National Fast Food Restaurants’ Chain is seeking a potential candidate in position of Executive Director. Under the authority and guidance of the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is responsible for the overall directing of operations to achieve the goals and objectives of the organization.
Job Requirement
General: Years of experience: 10 year(s)
Minimum career level: Manager
Minimum education level: Bachelors
Requirement:
- >10 years – sales and people management experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of the hospitality service,
- Distinguished by record of success in management of restaurants.
- Ability to liaise with alliance and channel partners at all levels
- Ability to take account ownership
- Excellent time management skills
- Good analytical capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to develop and cultivate lasting customer relations
- English language skills is a MUST HAVE.
- Working experience in an International team is a plus,
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
