Requirements:
* Ideally, 3 years’ experience with a top, brand name organisation.
* Dynamic young graduates from the hospitality, airline & other industries will also be considered.
* Excellent spoken English supported by strong academics.
* Strong interpersonal & PR skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
* Good understanding of client psychology.
* Experience with in and outbound calls in an intense call centre setting will be an advantage.
