(Work in Malaysia)
Range of the functions/the responsibilities:
-You Occupy related requests for service to the customers with a convenient and qualified way.
-Maintenance of contracts of management.
-The handle contracts investigations.
-Bundle with the director and the supervisor of territory in the resolution of the problems.
-Draw up the monthly return on the information requested by Manager.
-Ensure the agreement of hope of customer of meeting with SLA or maintain the standard.
Conditions of knowledge and competence:
-Minimum Diploma in management or the equivalent.
-At the years of experience professional of the lease two (2) of environment of service to the customers or center of call.
-Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Educated Computer.
