Commercial Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
-To lead the planning and forecasting process in ,and analyzing performance of the company.
-To act as partner to the business, driving great performance by producing high quality plans forecasts, analyst the business against those plans and working with colleagues in other functions to improve performance.
-Responsible for coordinating monthly, quarterly and annual planning and reporting processes, and delivering quality output to stakeholders, both for the Thailand and Regional Hub Office.
-The business leadership relies on the Manager to coordinate and facilitate a rigorous, quality BPM process that continuously improves standards in meetings, information an behaviors.
-Develop and analyst regular commentary and reports for business performance management.
-Monthly commentary for Thailand market.
-Monthly BPM report and tracking versus Performance Promise.
-Working capital management.
-Significant and hoc analysis and reports.
-Controllable EP analysis by channel and brand.
-Current year forecast update.
-Strategic plan update.
-Investor Relation Report.
-Performs economic research work and prepares analyses of subjects such as rate of return, depreciation, working capital, investment, and financial and expense performance comparisons.
-Prepares forecast and analyzes trends in manufacturing, sales finance, general business conditions, and other areas.
-Ensure continuous improvement in the quality, timeliness and reliability of management information and source data, both internal and external.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Management with at least 5 year finance experience in FMCG as manager, preferably with an MBA.
-Good command of English and computer literacy.
-Thai national.
-Ability to manage complex planning and reporting process.
