Chief Financial Officer (Based in Beijing, China)
Requirements:
-Experience of successful IPO/public listing in Hong Kong or other countries is a must, familiar with listing rules and reporting
-Prefer candidates are currently working in China
-Experience in oil industry is preferred
-An internationally recognized professional accounting qualification (e.g.: ACCA, AICPA) and with big4 experience
-Minimum of 10 years related work experience within recognized MNCs or public listed companies
-Hands on work experience in M&A and corporate finance
-Significant experience of investor relationship management
