Retail
1.Centre Manager(3 Positions)
KL/Subang & Penang
Requirements :
-Degree in related field
-Minimum 6 years working experience in planning,coordination,administration and operation of shoopping centries
2.Leasing-Senior Executive/Executive
(KL/Penang)
Requirements :
-Degree/Diploma in marketing/business studies or related field
-Minimum 3-7 years working experience in leasing of retail properties
-Motivated,independent,good communication and negotiation skills
3.Senior Leasing Manager(KL)
Requirements :
-Degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies or related field
-Minimum 5-7 years working experience in leasing of retail properties
-Motivated,independent,good communication and negotiation skills
4.Tenancy Administration Manager/Executive
(KL/Subang & penang)
Requirements :
-Degree in Business Studies/Estate Management/Legal Studies
-Minimum 3 years working experience in lease administration
-Good writeen and oral skill and able to multi-task
5.A& P Manager(2 Positions)
(KL & Penang)
Requirements :
-Degree/Diploma in marketing.mass comm/business studies
-Minimum 5 years working experience with network contacts
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-People management skilll and able to lead a team and encourage teamwork
6.Account Assistant Manager/Executive-Credit Control
(KL & Penang)
Requirements :
-Degree in accountancy
-Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
-Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
