Accounting & Finance Manager
Location of work : Banchang Chonburi
The person (male or female) will be between 30-45 with a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting. They should have a CPA and have worked some years in an Audit firm. They also should have had 3-5 years experience in Managing the Accounting/Reporting function in a Company with manufacturing and should be experienced in cost accounting.
The position involves the Supervision and management of:
-Monthly financial statement preparation, payroll, job costing, variance analysis and cost allocations.
-Oversee management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
-Payroll System
-Oversee month-end and year-end closing process including filing of government reports and taxes
-Ensure appropriate financial and accounting system in the group
-Maintain the accounting system and reporting system
-Play an active role in budgeting process both planning and monitoring
-Investigate and provide guidance to all staff on best practices in Financial Accounting
-To maintain and enforce for proper internal control systems to comply to statutory and Company Accounting Regulations and Policies
-To ensure smooth operations of Finance and Accounting in supporting the Organisation’s operations
-Taxation and Liaison with Revenue Department and External Audit in relation to Statutory Reports
-Participate in development of Company’s plans and programs
-Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
-Consult with external auditors as required and appropriate
-Implementation of a suitable MRP software for the manufacturing operation
-Supervision of 2-3 staff
-Other tasks as necessary
