This job is most suitable for senior software engineers with strong team and project management background. You must have managed a team of three or more software engineers for the last 3+ years. You must have a proven track record of delivering successful software projects.
Fresh Graduates or Software Engineers without any verifiable project management background need not apply. Also, if you are currently enrolled in a MBA or any other degree program or you plan to enroll in a degree program in the next two years, please do not apply.
Web Designer
(Dhaka)
Responsibilities:
- Work with our US-office on a daily basis
- Design great Web interfaces for Web applications (not Web sites!)
- Work with HTML in text editors
- Work with CSS and JavaScripts
- Work extensively with Photoshop
- Work with Flash and Actionscripts
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a BSc in Computer Science is a plus but not required.
- At least 1 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphic Design
- Age 18 to 35 year(s) are encouraged to apply.
- Work in 100% English-speaking environment
- Advanced Knowledge of HTML and CSS and understanding of web standards.
- Expert in Dreamweaver, PhotoShop, Flash and Illustrator.
- Flash Action Script programming will be a plus.
- Strong aptitude for user interface design and usability, in addition to a strong grasp of color, div based layout, and design principles.
- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks with a positive attitude as a member of a team.
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
