Responsibilities:
Repair production fall out PCBA and provide repair report.
Requirements:
- Experience in BGA Rework.
- Able to understand circuitry drawing for PCBA.
- Good soldering Skill.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC/ITC or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
